Conveyancing is the legal and administrative process of transferring property ownership in Dubai, from the moment a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is signed to the day the title deed is issued in the new owner's name. It covers contract review, fee calculations, NOC applications, bank liaison where a mortgage is involved, and the transfer appointment itself.
